WorthIt? USA is an independent, free comparison tool designed to help people think beyond a headline salary when considering a new job or city.
Its purpose is to put estimated take-home pay and editable monthly living expenses side by side. It can highlight surprising trade-offs, such as when an apparently larger salary comes with significantly higher housing or transport costs.
The tool is currently a public beta. Some state and local tax calculations are simplified or incomplete, and suggested budgets are not independently verified market averages. It should support research, not replace tax professionals, actual apartment quotes or the terms of your offer.
